Kasthall is a Swedish carpet manufacturer that most people in Sweden probably have no idea exists. The company has existed since 1889 and focuses on public environments and also individuals who want the absolute best available on the market.
Our challenge was to translate the design that traditionally reflected Swedish craftsmanship into an international high-end brand. Here we had a fantastic collaboration with Kasthall's marketing department. The design was done in collaboration with the Gothenburg company Rapid Images, and the development and implementation was handled by us internally.
This was the start of the project that has meant a total restructuring of how Kasthall works digitally. Kasthall wanted an easy-to-use CRM that could take advantage of the data generated through their online platform. We therefore migrated Kasthall from their previous CRM, Microsoft Dynamics to HubSpot. We have also integrated it with their other technology stack to get an easy-to-use system where data is at the center. We have also assisted in the transition of a somewhat scattered martech stack to HubSpot marketing automation.
It will be very exciting to follow the development of this company in the future.
